Rambo is super sweet and very smart!  He is a 6-month old GSD puppy who loves hanging with his foster family and their ‘pack’, including a cat and two older GSD rescues from Westside.  We suspect that Rambo was once someone’s house pet, because has never had an ‘accident’ in his foster home.  This smart pup also quickly learned how to use the dog door, learned some basic commands, and is a courteous and delightful house-guest. Rambo loves the attention of his foster family, including visits from the young grandchildren.  He is very gentle with kids, easily taking treats from them without jumping or nipping.  Being still a playful puppy, Rambo also loves engaging in play with his older foster sister.  He is smart enough to know when to ‘back off’ from his older foster brother, who can be a bit grumpy with him at times. Rambo’s favorite pastime, however, is ‘hanging’ with his foster mom, following her everywhere and lying quietly at her feet. Rambo’s engaging and sweet personality allows him to adapt to any home environment, especially one with kids and/or other dogs.  He is still mending from injuries related to a car accident and Westside will provide for a FHO surgery on his hip in a few months, after which he will be able to lead an active, playful life!  Rambo would love to complete his full recovery in a wonderful furrever home like yours!
